Food Diary- Update!

Hey Guys!

I am so sorry I haven't been posting any food diaries lately, honestly I have just been eating really badly! It would actually be awful to document it because its actually embarrassing! 
I cannot wait to go back to college I find it so much easier to eat right when I have a proper routine! 
In my family we have loads of birthdays in August (my sister Sophie's is tomorrow-whoohoo) but it just means I have been eating so many treats and takeaways! #notgood But what I have been telling myself to just make myself feel more sane is that, it is the end of the Summer and I should just enjoy it while I can, am I right?!

I missed my boot-camp this week, so I am going to try go for a run in the morning see if I can shake this sluggish feeling. I haven't been feeling great the past two days, and its probably down to the food I'm eating, I am just exhausted physically and mentally. Hopefully I'm not brewing anything and I'll be 100% going back to college. 

For anyone else totally giving in to all cravings, I am with you there #guilty. I assure you we will all get back on track before September hits! My brother, Jack and youngest sister, Belle are back to school on the first so the routine in my house will be back with full swing from probably this coming Monday! Isabelle is starting Junior Infants so my mom and I will probably spend a day sobbing over her so who knows what I will eat that day! 

It is key to let yourself have these little breakouts, that way when you get back on it your energy levels increase, your body and mind are back at 100% -in turn it gives you the motivation to stay on track! I can't eat crappy stuff for long I actually get sick of it very easily I'd say give me till Friday/ Saturday and I will be itching to get a good shop in and get back to prepping like a boss! 

Heres to the last of eating what we want before the Summer is really over- Lets enjoy it! :)
