FOOD DIARY DISASTER- WEDNESDAY 27/07/16
14:31:00
Whats up Guys!
Yesterday was a disaster of a day, which meant my food suffered! I woke up published yesterdays blog post, and began getting ready for bootcamp. I was meant to be heading away next week to Manchester just for 2 days. It dawned on me to just make sure I had my passport there handy, and of course it was bloody out of date since March!!! Panic totally set in there was no way I would be able to get an emergency passport on such notice because of the bank holiday! But I looked into some of the airlines policies and aerlingus actually lets you travel to England with just photo identification, the downside I had to book different flights and now I have to travel from Dublin instead of Shannon, but at last I can still go! It will be my first time traveling alone and from Dublin but I think it will be a really good experience for me!So in turn, I didn't eat anything until 2 o 'clock in the day because I spent the morning worrying, then my mom decides that it was a good day to get my little sisters tracksuit for school. Isabelle is going into junior infants in September, sure when she came out of the changing room proud as punch looking all grown up myself and my mom were nearly in tears! Sad I know! At that point I was like it is time for some chocolate!!
So that is exactly what I did I had a packet of munchies and a nice cup of tea when I got home and I felt so much better hahah! Because of all the stress in the morning I didn't even get to my fitness class. So after dinner around 8 o'clock I did a 45 minute workout using weights and bands I actually had at home. I felt so good that I made myself workout, it completely loosened out my sore muscles and I was much more relaxed after it. It was the nicest feeling to shower and just jump into my pj's after the day I had!
Moral of yesterday: always check the date on your passport when you first book your flights and no matter how shitty your day has been you can always fit in a workout!! ;)
Today is a new day and I hope it is a good one for you all!!
