FOOD DIARY- 29/07/16
BREAKFAST:
Weetabix topped with Millseed- which is a cereal topping that is high in fiber and contains Omega 3 and Magnesium, great in yogurt as well!
LUNCH:
Which was after my workout- I was trying to eat something high in protein so I tried protein pancakes! I got the recipe from Roz Purcell's Natural Born Feeder and they were delish!
DINNER:
Chicken Curry with brown boiled rice.
SNACKS:
Popcorn.
I had bootcamp today, our main focus being the bench press, warmed up on the Olympic bar and then added x2 2.5 kilos weights and worked with that for the 5 sets. It was cool to actually add extra weight onto the bar and actually be able to lift it!
I have had two bad days this week food wise, I honestly was just being lazy and not prepping properly. It can be hard sometimes especially during the hols because everyone is out of routine. You shouldn't give into your guilty pleasures everyday but when you do enjoy it and move on! And if you do end up feeling guilty put in a workout then you won't feel so bad! Since we are going into the bank holiday weekend most of you will be going out- its important to enjoy it and start back with a bang on Tuesday!
