FOOD DIARY- TUESDAY 26/07/16

Hey Guys! 

I'm back today with another food diary and a quick lowdown on how I have been feeling since I have made this lifestyle change (I don't really like to call it changing my diet because essentially this is not a temporary thing I hope to make a permanent change with what I am eating).
So lets get started! Remember yesterday when I mentioned going through each meal and slowly trying to make each one more nutritious, well I think I am getting there now I did have a slip up in the morning with breakfast, I just had toast and tea I had no taste for porridge whatsoever, but today I am going to try something totally different for breakfast I will let you know how it goes!

FOOD DIARY- TUESDAY 26/07/16
BREAKFAST:
Tea and toast.
LUNCH:
Turkey and lettuce sandwich. Sounds super plain but I thought it was yum!
DINNER:
Sweet potato fries and chicken. 
Being a chip addict I had to come up with a more nutritious replacement, so yesterday I tried sweet potato fries and they are actually not too bad! 
SNACKS:
Didn't have any.
I drank around 1.5 liters of water again.

Today I am hoping to try something totally new for breakfast, drink 2 liters of water and eat a snack.
I did no work out yesterday, my quads were in bits so I just stretched instead but I have bootcamp later at 11 so we will see how that goes, can just about walk!!

Also since I have started to change what I have been eating I feel a lot better, not as sluggish or tired. I never really believed people when they send that they felt better once they started eating better, I just figured food was food and since I didn't like much I should just stick to my oven food diet as I like to call it. but I really do feel more energized. Plus after a workout, I always feel ready to attack the rest of the day!
